Viola BAIER
Viola Baier was born March 23, 1985, in Radolfzell/Germany. Always having a passion for animated films and influenced by Disney features and artists like Glen Keane, she already aimed on an animation career in her younger years. After graduating from school in 2004, the next 2 years she worked as a freelance illustrator and at several film companies in the field of art, storyboard, animation, 3D and compositing. Since 2006, she is a film-student at the Institute of Animation of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg/Germany.

On Saturday evening, 8 May, the decision of the two international juries turned out.
According to it, the Main Prize & the Award for the Best Feature went to George Ovashvili for his film, The Other Bank.
